From 100-year-old vines in the tiny AVA of Lime Kiln Valley, this organically farmed and naturally vinified Mourvèdre is matured in large demi-muids previously used to age 15 other wines. Dark-fruited, savory, & grippy, but well-balanced. Bottled unfined & unfiltered.
